A High Tier Gated Community. If you're willing to spend a little extra on top notch amenities, then these apartments are the perfect match for you. Includes a 24/7 community pool, gym, lounge area. Plenty of parking spaces. You can choose to be under covered parking or not. Located around many shopping centers. With restaurants, grocery stores and a gas station just only a walking distance away.

I have lived at Douglas for almost 2 years which I think is a great amount of time to have an honest review. I love it here! The maintenance staff is very friendly, they fix any issues within the same day if not the next day.

This is a luxury property and it holds up to that title. The amenities are amazing. Also, the management and maintenance team are also amazing.

I have been here for 1 year and feel I can give an honest review. This is a top notch TRUE luxury apartment complex with a diligent and friendly staff. Maintenance issues are handled same or next day and the amenities such as gym, pool, etc are always in good standing (not always broke etc.)
